Singapore applies for EP
After registering the company, open Cortpass and apply for CPF account (1-2 working days), MOM, Then apply for EPOL again (2-3 working days), after which you can directly submit the EP application.
1. Materials required for EP application:
(1) Preparation of Personal Information
① Scanned copies of the applicant's passport and ID card
② Bachelor's degree certificate or above+translated document (if it is not an English degree certificate, translation qualification is required), English version of the degree certificate issued by the degree certification agency. ③ Applicant's personal resume information form, job description, employment contract

(2) Preparation of some company documents
① It is recommended that the registered capital of the company be at least SGD 200000, which needs to be fully paid in, at least SGD 200000.
② Post job recruitment, for more than 28 days, interview arrangements are required, and data statistics will be conducted
③ May require: company business contracts, invoices, and bank statements
④ May require: Provide a lease agreement for office space for more than 6 months (which can be a shared desk lease agreement or an office lease agreement)
⑤ Possible requirement: If local employees are employed, provide CPF payment records
⑥ May request: List of the company's three major clients
⑦ Other supplementary documents that may be requested by the Human Resources Department
(3) Rental of one workstation for office address
700 SGD/month+GST, When applying for EP, a contract of at least 6 months, 700 * 6+GST=4200 SGD (excluding tax), or renting an entire office is required.
(2) The approximate time for application
After the materials are fully prepared, the results will be available in approximately 2 months from the date of submission. Whether it is approved or not requires the Human Resources Department to make a comprehensive approval result based on the company and individual situation.
